Heat a cooker and add 2 to 3 teaspoon of ghee then make the flame into low and add the thin sliced onion and fry thrm till
it became light golden shade, along with we can add some cashews and raisins and fry everything till it became golden brown.
Remove them in a a plate.If you want you can fry them separately.
In the same pan add 4 teaspoon of ghee and when it became hot add the spices and saute them in a low to medium flame.
Next add the soaked rice and mix it for 2-3 minutes.Add 2 teaspoon of ghee with the rice and mix again .You can also use cooking
oil too.Add lemon juice and mix well. Then add the boiled water along wuth salt as needed .When it starts to boil close the
lid and make the flame into low to medium and cook it for one whistle.Open after the vapor goesout completely and add the fried
items along with some ghe and gently mix it with the rice.Our tasty and easy ghee rice is ready to serve.
